Inevitable Time

( Intro. ) Welcome to trash city! This is a highly selective and independent blog for the personification of TIME. This is based of the Character from Tim Burton's Alice Through the Looking Glass and my own personal development of the character. I am using Sacha Baron Cohen as my faceclaim. For my mun faceclaim, I will either use my Time icons or George Washington from Turn Washington's Spies

( Disclaimer. ) I am not affiliated with Sacha Baron Cohen nor the Alice in Wonderland franchise. Please, keep in mind that mun does not equal muse. Some of the things Time may say does not reflect on my personal moral/belief system

(Tagging Triggers. ) While I may not be able to tag every single trigger due to anxiety issues I have, I do my best to tag any significant ones that may come up. For example, death, needles, suicide, drugs, negativity, racism, etc. ‘ I tag things TW: _____ ' 
I ask that you please tag anything that has to do with dinosaurs or large carnivorous reptiles such as alligators or crocodiles. If you do not tag this, it may result in an immediate unfollow because it causes me to have an anxiety meltdown. Yes, Jurassic Park scarred me for life.

( Following Policy. ) I am highly selective, which means I am picky about who I follow. I always look through your blog, read your rules, and get a general idea about who your character is before following. If I followed you and suddenly unfollowed, it is probably either because, you were flooding my dash, you did not tag the dino trigger, you said something that bothered me, or I just can’t see our muses interacting anymore. You can always message me privately to see why I unfollowed and I will be truthful!

( Hate Policy. ) My anon is turned on at the moment, so I will not know who is sending hate. Please do not abuse it or I will turn anon off. Depending on what you say, I will reply or I will not. I cannot deal with hate. I do not have the correct mental state to deal with it rationally. 
If you received hate and need somebody to talk to, I am always all ears. Our conversations will be kept secret and if you want I will even delete the conversation if it is on IM. 

( Interactions. ) I interact with mutuals only. This means memes, starter calls, etc. Some open starters I will open for everybody and those will be tagged accordingly.  If we are not mutuals and you continue to send me memes/like starter calls//etc, I will block you. This is not to be an asshole, but again, I have anxiety issues.

( Exclusives / Mains. ) I am open for exclusive/mains. You can find a list of my exclu/mains in my navigation. If you are interested in this, feel free to message me, but I ask that we have already done some plotting or interaction first!

( Writing. ) I can write anywhere from one liners to multi paragraph depending on how much is plotted. If we have plotted, the replies will be longer. I am always willing to plot, just message me or I’ll message you!

( Formatting. ) I use small text and icons, though my overall formatting style is simple. If you ever want me to use a larger text size for our threads, please let me know and I will be sure to use larger font. 

( Shipping. ) Yes! Please! I ship Time with both men and women alike, so do not worry about that. Please, do not force ship! If you ever feel like I am forcing a ship, please tell me and I will correct myself. I will be sure to do the same! My main ship for this blog is Alice/Time because I am a slut for that. But do not fear Alice blogs! I will not throw my ship at you unless we have discussed it and you are fine doing that! Otherwise, love all the platonic relationships!

( Smut. ) I am 17 years old, therefore I am too young to be writing smut at the moment. I make sex jokes a lot but I will NOT be writing smut.

( NSFW. ) Time controls people's clocks, meaning he is able to tell when people are going to die. Death and other similar themes are going to be frequent on this blog. It's his job and he's not very remorseful about it either. He may seem very insensitive about the subject because it is something he has been doing since the very beginning of . . . well . . . him.

( When Our Character's Meet ) Please do not expect your muse to be friends with him right away. He is very standoffish and may seem cold in the beginning, but he will warm up!

( Original Characters. ) I am all for them!! I have many of my own!! Please, have a nice about page for me to look at before we interact. 

( Activity. ) I will always announce hiatuses, so no worries there! I do have a life outside of this blog, so I may not be on all the time, because I also have another blog I am on a lot ( my George Washington Blog ). Keep that in mind!!

( Timezone. ) I live in NY, so my timezone is EDT ( eastern daylight time )

( About Mun. ) Hi, my name is Mary. I am 17 and I am history trash. I love art, tea, and the adirondacks. I am hella gay.

He does not remember when he came into being. For all he knows, he has always been existing. Roaming his dark, isolated castle with only seconds of his own creation to keep him company. 

“ Time is evil. Time leaves you to rot. ”

The Chronosphere is his lifeline. The grand clock is his heart. Without it, he dies along with Underland. He is what keeps Underland from perishing. They should be thanking him.

 “ Time is cruel. He cuts lives too short. ”

He knows what people think about him. He knows he is hated. It is apart of the job description. If you are the personification of time, people will hate you. It is Time’s duty to tell people when they are finished. There is no grim reaper. There is only Time himself.

“ Does he enjoy his awful work? ”

He never remembers a name, He only takes their clock and closes it. He knows not how they died or what their lives were. He only knows when he has to take their their clock and close it. When there is a large influx of clocks to closes, he knows there must have been a battle or some sort of disaster. But he doesn’t inquire any information. He cares little. It is his job not to care.

“ He must have a lot of himself on his hands. ”

When he closes Ilosovic Stayne’s clock, a name pops in his head. Iracebeth. Her clock does not need to be closed. Oh no. Her clock will still be ticking and she was seeking him. 

“ Time is heartless. ”

He does not realize she was using him to get the Chronosphere. He truly loves her. He does not love easily. Yes, her head is large and temper short but there is something about her that makes him excited. It makes his gears quicken.  He is no longer alone. Not that it ever bothers him … as far as he knows.

“ Time is money. ”

After Iracebeth brakes history and Alice returns the Chronosphere, he stops loving her. He feels some sympathy for Alice, perhaps admiration. But the love in his gears screech to a halt. Back to normal. He is back to his old self, the adventure and the excitement gone. He continues to watch his the grand clock that had almost ceased ticking and tocking - 

For the Grand Clock is his life.
